Avaya ASA Login

I created a login under dadmin in our Connecticut location, using ASA, but when I attempt to log into it using my new login I receive a communications error - the system doesn't recognize user name and/or password. I am dialing via an analog modem.

Any suggestions?

Are you trying to log into Modular Messaging via ASA?

No - it is a remote CM 3.1 via a analog modem. I am able to log into the system using the dadmin log in and password, create my creditenials, log off dadmin, log in with my new information, and I receive a incorrect user name/password.
