Avaya 9408 digital phone with CM 6.2

Would anyone happen to know how to get the 9408 out of split screen mode? We have 11 digit telephone extensions and the screen is cutting off the last digit and we are thinking that if we take it out of split screen the entire number will show.

I am not sure as I do not have one in front of me, but I thought that one had a option in the menu somewhere to turn split on/off? Press home button, display or screen options? then it was at the bottom of the list and default was set to half. Or I could be thinking of the 9608 ip phone.

Yes, that is the IP phone. We are not sure if it is set somewhere on the station form in the switch?

The 9408 does not have that option . the screen is what it is unfortunately.
