I have a couple of these digital sets that aren't displaying correctly. They will display numbers dialed but not incoming caller ID's. Is this due to a pair reversal? All other sets are okay. Thanx

You need ISDN-PRI trunking to receive ANI information.

Better yet, if I turn the display module on, it would really help. I found it searching another thread on here, Thanks anyway!!!
