Avaya 46xx firmware issue?

Hi,

I am having a Problem with 4620 expansion modules. The customer has programmed his own button Labels on the modul, but the programming disapears permanently and the module seems to be without programming. After reboot the Buttons come back but do disappear after a certain kind of time. The phones are running on FW 2.9.2. I have the feeling that it is happening since this upgrade. I would need Firmware 2.6 to dubble check but I am not able to find this one anywhere.

Is anybody able to help please?

how many exp modules? Isn't there a external power supply required for more than a certain number? Can't remember that far back.
