Avaya 430 faulty fan and analog card failure 3

I have avaya 430 gateway it started with fan failure the gateway remained on until all the MM716 analog card failed my question is can we replace the fan then also replace the mm716 analog cards and it works again fine. If not what could be the solution.

The cards might be fine but the main board of the gateway could have overheated and stopped working. Have you unplugged the gateway, let it cool down and plug it back in? At least make sure the gateway will still boot up and register with CM before buying parts.
