I have a 1416 avaya and I was trying to get my voicemail. To do that I have to press intercom 777 but by accident I pressed *777 and it said your anonymous call has been activated. Now my father tries to call and he can't it says this number doesn't accept blocked calls. Tell me what I did wrong? There must be a way to deactivate it.
Thank in advance.

Press Feature, scroll to Call Settings, scroll to Withold Number and disable it

Its nothing to do with the phone or the IP Office system. You have connected to your telephone line provider (Verizon I suspect) and activated a feature that they provide (Anonymous Call Rejection).

To turn it off dial *87 (or ask your father to stop witholding his caller ID if he wants his family to answer his calls).

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
