Available Physical Memory from command line 2

Is there some free command line tool that gives as output available physical memory on system.

msinfo32.exe is slow and generates huge file (400k) of various system information (and I don't need almost all from msinfo32 output).

Is there something like MEM in DOS (MEM is not particulary usefull in Windows) for monitoring perormance counters, particulary memory.

I need it for one script (.BAT file).

If you type systeminfo at the command prompt the output contains this info, this could be piped into a text file.

Put this in the bat file.

systeminfo >C:\info.txt

Actually systeminfo works only on XP and 2003.

For Windows 2000 I now use InfoCmd (SystemInfo command line tool) downloaded from

http://www.networkdls.com/You

must also include NSWFL.dll that comes with SystemInfo download from above link.

Yes that's right i only gave you the 2k3 solution as it's the 2k3 forum, glad you found the tool for the job tho.

i cant find infocmd, i've just checked the website and got systeminfo.... but where is infocmd?
