Hi All,
I have seen in operation at a partner site the ability to display on the digital screen call centre information, i.e.
Agents logged in
Available Agents
Calls in queue
Calls abandoned
Does anyone know how I can configure this on a Definity Si running version 5 software (patched to 6).
