Hi All,

I have seen in operation at a partner site the ability to display on the digital screen call centre information, i.e.

Agents logged in
Available Agents
Calls in queue
Calls abandoned

Does anyone know how I can configure this on a Definity Si running version 5 software (patched to 6).

This sounds like vu-stats.

These are scripts that can be made up on the Definity phone switch to view stat and AGent information on a phoneset.

You make up the vu-stats on the definity phone switch and then add a vu-stat button to the agent or supervisor telephone set which points to the proper vu-stats script.

The button works in conjunction with the next button if you wish to cascade scripts together.

It is a purchasable item as well, so disp system customer-options to see if your switch has it turned on.
