Hello Team,
I want to program vector based on available-agents (instead of staffed agents) to queue calls.

However, we only have single agent and if that agent is on active acd call(state ACD-IN), would next call still queue to skill or will it follow "available-agent < 1" strategy?

What we want to achieve - The call should queue even if agent is already on another ACD call (bcoz he is not aux or anything but busy).

Unfortunatly, I am working remotely and can't test it myself.

If you're remote and have VPN access to the network, which I'm assuming you would if you're working on this. Then you should be able to test this if you install one-X Agent on your computer.

If you only have one agent and that agent is on a call then using available-agent < 1 it will follow that strategy if they are not in an available state.

What are you trying to accomplish? It's not clear in your post. If you still want it to queue then why are you using available-agent?
