First post, Hello!

Does anyone know the effect on exisitng station buttons and CMS data when switching a system from one digit aux codes to two digits?

If you intend to use 2 digit AUX reason codes, you have to have the expanded AUX version of CMS R13/R14. To see what version of CMS is installed, from a unix prompt type pkginfo -x cms. If the response is something like this R13.1ca.i you will not be able to use 2 digit AUX reason codes. If however the response is R13.1auxca.i then the installed version supports expand AUX reason codes.
It should noted it is not a simple case of removing the standard version of CMS and installing the expanded version.

Hope this helps.

SO I assume r13.1cd.d does not support expanded AUX codes?
