AUX Mode question??

My Customer Service supervisor is complaining that her extension is suddenly showing up in AUX mode on days that she is not working?!?! I can't think of any reason why this would be happening other than someone logging in under her ID..? Does anyone have any clues? On my agent summary report, it shows her logged in on Friday for a total of 746 minutes and 51 seconds. ?!?! She was off that day. I don't know how to go about proving it one way or the other. ?

I seem to remember there's a login/logout report you can run for an agent, see if you can find this
 
That's correct...I would look at the Agent Login/Logout (Skill) report. It should show you the login activity fo all agents assigned that specific skill.
