I have an ACD group which takes calls from an ACD skill and the are also part of a hunt group that is populated with exteions. My issue is, how can I create an aux-code that will keep them from getting calls from either of those paths?

Ok, I have a team of call center ACD agents (skill 100) and they are also are part of a hunt group (1000) which contains the same groups extensions. They help answer the main line for the business, but when they use a standrad aux-work code(lunch or break) they aare still getting calls from the 1000 line. I crerated another aux-work RC: 0 Group: 1000, but they can only use this aux-work code. They still get call from their ACD skill. So how can I put them in an aux state that will keep them from getting calls from either paths?

well one way is to have them log out, when they are in an aux state what does a status station show

If the agent is in aux work mode they should not get any skill calls. Is hunt group 1000 a standard hunt group or a skill?
You could try to assign a Send-Calls button to the set. They could use Aux Work to stop skill calls ringing in, and Send-Calls to stop non-skill calls ringing in, including calls directly to their extension number. They could be in Send-Calls mode and still receive ACD calls when not in Aux Work.

The Hunt group 1000 is a standard huny group. I think this will work.
