Autoresponder from Outlook via Ebay

a client is wanting to send an full html email (graphics etc) as an autoresponder from ebay

once they recieve the email that ebay has issued to confirm they have made a sale, they wish to send out (as an autoresponder) the full html file confirming the sale complete with full html

is this possible to do within outlook

therefore in essence

confirmation email from ebay into outlook
outlook autoresponds with confirmation (html email) - Thank you for bidding and winning the Auction
