autoreplies on incoming email

HR wants to have an automatic reply (server side)
sent to the resume submission email address.

I've tried this by creating a new rule in outlook 2000
and specifying when an email come into the account addressed to "jobs" that the server reply with an email,

this works for me the domain admin, but when I try to save on HR's outlook, "clippy" responds with an error that says "not enough disk space on server to save rules"

research on MS web site sayes there is 35K of disk allocated to saving rules. This user does not have alot of rules, nor contacts in address book

any Ideas on what I need to look at or do to get a work around ?
