Automating Win2000 Pro to XP Install - Unattended

Is there a way to deploy Win XP across the network to users..

I have tried the Software Installation Option in the Group Policy - This only becomes available through Control Panel.

Ideally, We would like to be able to have Win2000 Pro upgraded to XP when the User logs in.

the Unattend.txt file looks OK, nothing seems to work when we log in out etc.

Anyone done this succesfully??? How???
