Automating Security Groups for new Deploys

I am helping to deploy a bunch of workstations for a company. After the image has been put on the new workstation we have to go in and add "COMPANYNAME WORKSTATION ADMINISTRATORS" to the Administrators Group and "COMPANYNAME WORKSTATION USERS" to the Power Users Group. I get prompted for an Administrator userid and password each time and the password is quite long.

Would their be a way for me to automate this process by adding this information to a batch file or a script in order to cut down on the time it takes to enter this information for each and every workstation?
