Automating Media Intervention Alerts

We have just installed a Sony StorStation AIT Library.

I have scheduled jobs to import the media into the library however it waits for a response on the "Media Intervention" Alert.

Is there either any way of automating this alert or importing medai into the library in Backup Exec 9.1

Thanks for the document however it deals with the majority of the alerts except from the Media intervention alert!!
