I have set up and organized some user accounts with logins and passwords. The function works flawlessly on a local machine, however, every time I open the database on an other computer through the network, the login dialog box does not appear, and that individual is logged in as Admin. Can someone help me figure out why this happens, and how to get that dialog box working via network?

Thanks..

The recommended way to set up user accounts and logins is to set up a new workgroup, delete the users group from the Admin account and create your database within that workgroup (this may entail joining the workgroup, creating a new database and importing all the objects from your database into the new one).

The database should then be accessed via a shortcut pointing to the workgroup. A search of the forums should produce many previous posts on this subject. Have fun!)
