Automaticaly create and modify a distribution list ? 1

Hi

Is there anyway to automaticaly add and remove users from a distribution list?

I want to be able to keep our DL-ALL STAFF distribution list up to date. So if we add a new user thay automaticaly get added to this list and if the account is deleted or disabled they automaticaly are removed from this list. Is this possible ? If so how do i do it ?

Add "Domain Users" group to the DL-ALL STAFF group. users are members of Domain Users group when you create them.
