I use Notes mail mostly in remote mode, but when I can't dial in I would like to set up new mail to be automaticaaly forwarded to my Hotmail account so I can pick those up on any networked PC. How do I do this?

Automatically forward Notes Mail to HotMail

In these circumstances, it would be wise to set up an agent which will forward mail on as well as keeping a copy on your Notes server. it is very easy to do, but you would have to st it up on your server copy as opposed to your local copy for it to take immediate effect.
Open your Mail File - Select 'Create Agent' - Name it what you want - It should run 'If new mail has arrived', then select 'Add Action' - 'Send Mail Message' - Enter your Hotmail account in the 'To' field and click where it reads 'Include copy of document'. Save it and it should be OK. Lamaar75@hotmail.com

Why don't you setup Outlook Express to receive your Notes mails?
Outlook express setup:
Tools->Accounts->Mail->Add->mail; your name, e-mail address. mail server "mail.your company server" like "mail.ibm.com" account name"your name"
Password:
your should ask your notes mail server administrator to set up your internet password for you. The internet password is in the Domino server address books->people->your name setup "Internet password" this is the password which you need to set up in the outlook express.
You should leave a mail copy on your server, then you still can look at your mails throuogh Notes client.

Tools->Accounts->Mail->Add->mail->properties->
Advanced->delivery
check: leave a copy of messages on server
