Automatically Create and Send Email in Outlook??

Let's say that I want to configure Outlook to automatically create and send an Email every Monday morning at 10:00. The Email would be like a form letter (ie, it would say the same thing every time) and be sent to a recipient group.

Is there a way to do this? Would this require a macro?

I use an application called K-Mailer II which you can download from

http://www.karenwares.com.

This app will let you write an email and send it either via MAPI or direct by SMTP. You can use it in conjunction with Windows Scheduler to send at a specific time.
