The main exchange server is at a. b and c are at remote sites...When one of our users is at site a, where his mailbox is located, the send/receive is fine...
When the user is at site b where his mailbox is not located, it seems the send/receive is not working properly...He will all of the sudden automatically receive 10 emails at once rather than individually over a period of an hour or so...
It seems that his settings are set to query the exchange server every 60 minutes, but there really aren't any settings of that kind for outlook 2000. Besides when he is at site a, the automatic send/receive works fine...
