Is it possible to automate the publishing of an application with a script?

If so what sort script and how easy is this, does anybody have any simple examples of this.

If you're refering to publishing a Citrix Application, anything that can be done in the Presentation Server Console (AKA CMC) can be automated via script with MFCOM. Sample scripts are on citrix.com.
