Automatic Patient Scheduling

I am going through an Avaya brochure for for the health care industry and in it talks about automatic appointment confirmations, the brochure says "IP Office can automatically dial scheduled patients and leave a pre-recorded appointment reminder with the options to confirm, cancel or reschedule".
How and what can I use to implement this feature? Do I need a 3rd party application or is there a way to do it with Voicemail Pro without a 3rd party application? Recommendations?

You need voicemail pro and use the alarm action within voicemail pro.

Thanks, I still can't see it but I will hit our demo unit next week to dig a bit deeper into it and see how it is implemented.
I am heading to a demo right now can you give me a quick glance on how it works without going to technical, something the customer can understand.

Open the alarm action and you will see option to set it.
Press on the help button and you will get some explanation about it.

Avaya has a DevConnect partner that specializes in this area called Computer Instruments, look at their e-IVR Healthcare Applicance. I believe that is what Avaya is referring to in their brochure.

Well the customer told me that there are services out there that charge around $125.00 per month to perform that service and he was not interested in upgrading to Voicemail Pro just for that, so I guess it is going to be next time or maybe at a later time, but now I have time to research it to properly to include it in my next proposal, I will followup on all of your advice.
