Automatic Intercom

Hi All,

I was able to program an Automatic Intercom (AI) button for someone so she could page a certain extension discreetly (as opposed to a group page), when someone's on the phone. When that person's on the phone, paging them using the AI rings their second line; it doesn't just page them, so they actually have to pick up the second line. Anyone know if there's a way to do that?

Try using DialInclusion.

It intrudes into their current call (so your intrusion setting has to be 'can intrude' and theirs 'can be intruded' (and the other party if internal)).

For the duration of your intrusion the other party can't hear you.
