Automatic Foward mail from one exchange to another..

Hi.. We have 2 exchange 5.5 servers here with 2 different domains. I am moving one user from domain A to domain B...
My question is, how do i set it so that whenever domain A get's email, it will automatically forward it to domain B?
I think it has to do with something about creating a global list.. but i'm not positive. Any help would be greatly appreciated...
