In Outlook, i've a folder to which are fowarded a lot of emails that need to be fairly regularly parsed for information. Currently, the only way I am able to do this is with an application that reads the corrosponding .dbx file for all the appropiate emails. This has turned out to be a bit of a painful solution because .dbx files seem to be largely core dumps and some of the emails are also fragmented. Does anybody know a way (or of a program) to automatically export emails plaintext to a file(s), so I don't have to bother with the .dbx files? I think on Macs you can use applescript, but I can't see any equivalent way of doing this on windows (i am using XP).

TIA, pat.

If you mark the E-mails (left mouse and Shift) and move them manually to a folder, you will not need to handle dbx files.

Unfortunately, I need an automatic process, as i'm not always available to do that.
