I have a client who is running Citrix who I am trying to help. They
have two users who are able to start Citrix sessions but when they try
to logon to our application it appears that after every keystroke an
automatic Enter (Carriage return) keystroke is being sent to the
server. This makes it very difficult to logon to the application and
the same keyboard behaviour is seen within the application. If the
two users get some other user to logon to Citrix on their machine, the
issue does not appear (i.e. the enter key is only sent if it is
pressed). However, if the two users move to another machine and logon
to Citrix with their own accounts the problem appears at the machine
to which they moved. Has anyone ever experienced a similar issue and
if so what can I tell my client to help them resolve this issue.
