automatic digit conversion

This may be an easy one for you guys but not for me

I'm sure this must be possible, but I'm not sure quite how so any help would be greatly appreciated. I have a definity G3v11

my office is moving and i need to have all of the calls transferred to the new office, is there a way that the system will automatically change the digits and route the call to the new number?

change inc-call-handling-trmt trunk (number of your trunk)


just delete all digits and put in the number where you want it to go...

I don't have that command available on the definity, I guess either a feature needs enabling or it's only available on a later release

if you do not have a separat command, then it should be on the trunk group itself, that the calls are coming in on..

Is the PBX staying at the old location with the existing trunks? Is it just you or all of the extensions moving? If the existing PBX is moving you will have to have the phone company forward the numbers or provide an intercept message with the new numbers.
