Is there a way to have exchange automatically start deleting the oldest messages when a mailbox reaches a certain size or contains a certain number of messages? We have a nospam mailbox setup that our nospam server sends messages flagged as spam too. We do this just in case someone says they are missing a message we can look through that nospam mailbox to see if it was a false positive. Anyway as you can imagine this mailbox grows very fast. Can anyone point me in the right direction on this?
