Automatic CC in Outlook

How would I put a code that automatically CC (or BCC) in Outlook? I followed the instructions in this document, and it works for a while - until the machine is rebooted or after a few emails. Doesn't make much sense. The code is still there in ThisOutlookSession.
Can anyone help?
