Hello
Please can someone tell me if it is possible to create acommand that will open a vnc window - go to a particular server AND automatically input the password
I want to write a batch file that automatically opens a window with our Cisco Works machine in the top left hand corner of the screen,
Unfortunately, when I try the password option I am still required to type in a password - and I do not know how to set the window position.
Any help in this would be much appreciated
Thanks
Astin

i cant help you with most of what you want to know - but you can set it to not require a password (check FAQs on the VNC website)

of course, the insecurities in VNC mean that whether you have a password or not - people can still hack into your machine :(
