automated import of pst data in outlook 2000?

I am trying to find a way of giving users on my network an easy way to import a list of contacts i have created and saved as a PST file. Is there a way of scripting an automatic import of pst data in outlook 2000? I ask because i know the people in this company, and less than 50% will be able or bothered to follow the steps of the import wizard and i don't have time to go around helping them all.

PS I've already looked in office help and on the MS website and can't find anything on either.
