Automate Clear Cache

Can someone run through a way to automate clearing of the cache? Ours is filling up rather quickly and I want to make the server clear it self each night at midnight without me being here to push a button.

create a CRON job to unload proxy then reload it with the -cc switch.

or, you can use remote manager to create a task in teh scheduler to do the same thing (personally like to use the task scheduler since CRON has caused me more problems than is solves in teh past).
