My autodial lights used to light when users were on the phone. I made some system changes and they no longer light. They do dial, just not light up.

What am i doing wrong?

When you programmed the button, you selected the button and then typed in the auto dial number. You have to go to list, auto dial, inside, the auto dial number. This will make it a true DSS key then.
