Autodelete - Notes

Notes will not delete anything unless you implement a function that will do so.
You need to create a shared agent that works on a view and deletes all documents in the view. The view should be designed to select all documents older than (your limit). The agent can be set to run once a month, or once a week. That should be often enough.
Of course, you will need the Designer and access to all mail files for which you need to do this.
