We are using SBCE to allow agents to connect from home to our AACC. Workplace IX connects to AADS through the SBCE and receives its config, containing the address and login/password for SM, which it also connects to through the SBCE. All working.
We recently decided to utilize mutual certificate authentication, so that Workplace IX, besideds phone-numer and password, has to present a client certificate to the SM before being allowed to connect. We have distributed these client certificates using our own PKI infrastructure to our agents's computers, the certificate is present in their CurrentUser-Store. The Workplace IX settings GUI allows an agent to pick this certificate through the IdentityCertificate-settings (under advanced) and everything is fine afterwards. However, we would like this configuration to happen automatically instead of having the agent deepdiving into advanced settings.
Is there a way to let WorkPlace IX know automatically what IdentityCertificate to select? Perhaps through the config that AADS sends to Workplace IX? Or maybe some other way, like a registry key, or a config file in %appdata%?
Thanks in advance for your time.
