Autocad to Microstation Conversion

I am trying to find out how to convert Autocad 2000 drawings to Microstation. Does anyone know if there is a software out there to download or buy that will accomplish this?

I am not too familiar with microstation but I believe that it can import DXF's which AutoCAD has no trouble exporting.

No need to convert. Microstation can open .dwg

But I also need to open microstation files on my autocad

Not sure what version of MicroStation you are using, but you can open the .dgn file and select "Save As" for the File menu, then in the file types select *.dwg and it will save it, this usually is a pretty harsh conversion. You may also try the export dwg option and tweak those settings in there.
