AUTOCAD on Celeron 1.7ghz

im about to install autocad 2004 on my 2nd hand pc
processor is celeron 1.7 ghz, mem is 256mb, hd = 20gb

will it run ? or should i upgrade ?

I run AutoCAD 2004 on a machine with identical specs and don't have any trouble!

It will run fine but XP is not really that happy with 256mb RAM.

AutoCAD is not the demanding app it used to be (for most 2D / basic 3D tasks).

If Access runs OK, so will AutoCAD.
