Auto send mail thru outlook... can it be done??

I had someone in the office ask me if there was a way to have outlook automaticly send an email with one attachment at a specific time. They are looking to send a pdf file that is generated nightly via some other process to a group of managers.
The pdf alway has the same name and the email message is always the same.
AND NO I'm not looking for a spam script!!!
