Thanks for all those that replied to my resetting forms question. I have this set to a template, and I protect my forms. How can I automatically run the Macro when the file (or template) opens?

I don't know if this makes any difference, but I have my template saved to what they call the P: drive here which is tied to my login (so I can access the file on any PC in the office), and I have a shortcut to this template in the templates folder on the C: drive.

If I understand it properly, this is the clear all the formfields thread? If so, does that mean you are asking how to run the clear all formfields procedure on document open?

No... the problem I had was that the macro wasn't running, but that had nothing to do with the macro, it was my error for not saving the template after I changed the properties on the last field to run the macro on exit. DUH :) Thanks guys, you have been most helpful :)
