How can I make, that presentation in PPviewer97 starts, when CD is inserted in CD drive?

You are looking for an AUTORUN Tool. There are many programs out there that let you do this- most of them are pretty cheap, but some can do other nifty little tricks.

Basically, you have several options- you can create a small program in (pick a language- VB, C++, etc.) and create an executable, you can obtain pre-designed software, you can hire it out to a production company, or any other number of options. It all kind of depends on what you need, and how involved + professional you want your presentation to be.

I personally use use a piece of freeware called PPPCD. It's very user friendly, very stratightforward, and only does this one function, so it is very small. You can check it out below.
