I am running exchange 2000 and would like to set up an account like info@blah.com to auto respond with a "we will reply to you soon" this done threw AD right?
you need to create a mail enabled public folder with the address info@blah etc .. . then through Outlook right click the public folder and select properties / select the tab administration then select the folder assistant button. select add rule and the set the check box reply with click template and then create the reply mail. this means that all mail addresses to info@ will go to the public folder and get a reply.
