Auto logon for CEO

Our CEO is unfortunately getting frustrated due to his inability to remember how to logon to his WinXP Pro workstation. Even when written down he tends to lose whatever its written on. Is there a way for him to be automatically logged on to the domain on startup? His PC is in a locked room when he's not around, opposite mine so I don't have major concerns over security.
