Auto Log In User? 1

I have a WinME system that we recently took off a network to use as a stand alone system for an automatic telephone voice mail system.

Since it still has a username and password to log in, I need it to automatically log that username on, if the system is rebooted.

Please advise how to either:
a) remove the whole username/password login deal. or:
b) auto log that username on
