Auto line select

One of my site's is telling me that as of Friday at about 4PM, they now have to hit the key of a ringing line to answer it, where as before they just picked up the handset and the ringing line was automaticly selected without them having to hit the line key. How would I chage this to make it happen the way she wants????

Could the flash hook button (under the handset on the phone) be malfunctioning?



There are only 2 seasons in Canada, Golf and Snowmobile season.
