My XP box has stopped logging on to the internet automatically at start up. I have ADSL and some how, can't remember how, i set it up to log onto the internet on boot up. For some reason it has stopped, i have to lunch IE to get connected. Any suggestions?

Have a look at IE Tools/Internet Options/ Connections and see what selecting "Dial whenever a network connection is not present" does.

Perhaps using System Restore to go back to a restore point where it did what you wanted might fix it.

Make sure that you have all the passwords saved and for the connection to dial automatically, then place the dialup into the Startup folder on your Start menu.
