Auto Generated Email with Attachment??

Ladies and Gents,
I am attempting to build a database that tracks tasks and their status over time. For each task entered, I have a task number assigned (for tracking purposes) and a hyperlink to pertinent Word documentation. Is it possible to build a macro (or code) that will allow the user to select record and click a command button that will:

1. Activate a hyperlink to a preset email address

2. Title the Subject line of the email after the selected record

3. Attach the pertinent Word docs (from form hyperlink)to this email

This would all save me a ton of time. I sincerely appreciate your help.

Thanks Hymn. Unfortunately, there aren't any replies FAQs that cover this question specifically. I've actually been part of Tech Tips for about 2 years now. I just had to rejoin because I am away from home for awhile. I do appreciate the help though.
