Auto fill one text box from another

Hi, I have a table
tblPersonnel - containing Number, Name, Manager
and a form
frmIdeas
On the form I have 3 text boxes - txtNumber, txtName and txtManager
I want the form to automatically fill in the txtName and txtManager fields when someone types their number in the txtNumber box
