auto fill of text

I am making a newsletter and I seem to remember there is a place to fill in data so the newsletter automatically gets it in the template. Does anyone know how to do this? Where to I enter the data?

Items such as the volume number, title, business name, etc.

There's the personal information option in the wizard pane on the left, or under "Edit". don't know about vol no.
